The Meeting Room at Page's Inn on Silva Bay can accommodate up to 24 boardroom style and up to 50 people reception or classroom style. Bring your own food and beverage arrangements or take advantage of the quality catering services provided by either Ground Up Catering or Bruno's Catering here on Gabriola Island. Using only the freshest quality ingredients that are sourced as locally as possible, they will taylor a menu to suit your needs and your budget, offering unlimited culinary possibilities. With guest suites at the Inn and self-contained cottages at our nearby sister property, Page's Resort & Marina, your group will be beautifully accommodated.

Meeting Room with Accommodations*

$125 - 4 Hours (8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, 4pm-8pm)

$200 - Day (8am-5pm)

$325 - Full Day (8am-10pm)

Hospitality Suite

$100 - Daily

Meeting Room Only

$175 - 4 Hours (8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, 4pm-8pm)

$275 - Day (8am-5pm)

$500 - Full Day (8am-10pm)

Catering

Catered meals and breaks as per catering contract

$100 - Daily cleaning surcharge applies for alternate food arrangements

*Meeting room rates based on minimum booking of 3 suites or 2 cottages

All rates are subject to applicable taxes

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation made more than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $50 administration fee. A cancellation made 14 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to 100% of the full meeting room rate.

Accommodation cancellations are subject to the cottage & suites cancellation policy.
